Developed in partnership between Atrium Health and Wexford Science & Technology, The Pearl leverages the partners’ experience and forward-thinking approach to embrace new ideas, research and technologies that will advance healthcare solutions and welcome people from all walks of life within our community.

The Pearl will be a multi-phased, mixed-use development featuring office, lab, retail, residential, including affordable housing, community gathering and academic spaces. The first phase of the District includes Charlotte’s first four-year medical school, Wake Forest University School of Medicine Charlotte.

The event is open to all community members. Families, friends, and neighbors are all welcome! The event is family-friendly, with activities geared towards grades K-12.

PLEASE NOTE that an RSVP is required to attend. This helps us manage the event capacity and ensure a comfortable experience for all attendees. 

Yes, RSVP is required to attend the event. This helps us manage the event capacity and ensure a comfortable experience for all attendees. The event has a maximum capacity of 500 attendees, so we ask that all attendees RSVP in advance to secure their spot. 

Complimentary parking is available in Parking Deck B off of Innovate Lane.

We prioritize the safety of our attendees, and security personnel will be on-site to ensure a safe environment. There will be bag checks and metal detectors at the entrance to the event. Prohibited items include weapons, illegal substances, and any items that could pose a safety risk. 

Each attendee will receive a voucher upon entry to use at the snack station at the event. Complimentary water will be provided throughout the event.

The event will proceed as scheduled, rain or shine.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at the event to ensure the safety and comfort of all attendees.
